Anytime Fitness Coming Soon to Rose Hill Plaza

The fitness center recently signed a lease with Combined Properties Inc.

Anytime Fitness has signed a lease for the 4,100-square foot space near Safeway and Dollar Tree at the Rose Hill Plaza. The fitness center recently signed a lease with Combined Properties, Inc. If the proper permits are obtained in time, the fitness center plans to open in about six months, said Linda Dreyer, director of marketing for CPI.

The fitness center will be in the plaza with Boost Mobile, which recently opened before Christmas and Little Caesar, which Dreyer said should be opening soon.

The space where Anytime Fitness will be located has been empty for some time now. Dreyer said: "It's been a long time coming."

Patch will update this story as information is provided during the progression of Anytime Fitness.

Hi Janet,

When I spoke with Combined Properties, Inc., they said the owner doesn't want to be named at this time. Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to speak with him/her when I update the story in the coming months.
