Homes in in Bush Hill and Franconia were burglarized March 16 and 17, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. 

On Friday, March 16, between 1 p.m. and 2:15 p.m., on the 5700 block of Larpin Lane in Bush Hill, a neighbor spotted a suspicious person, according to FCPD. Police officers who responded to the call found a home burglarized, with jewelry missing and a sliding glass door broken.

The next robbery occurred the following day on the 7000 block of Old Brentford Road in Franconia. Sometime between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., a burglar took several electronic items from the home, possibly through an unlocked back door, police reported.
