Crime Blotter: Man Exposes Himself Outside Woman's Home

The following items are from recent police updates through Feb. 6 from the Franconia Police District of the Fairfax County Police Department.
Indecent Exposure (red on map), 1 a.m., Feb. 6, 6000 block of Essex House Square, A 47-year-old woman reported she observed a man standing on her porch. He was exposing himself and fled prior to police arrival.
In separate and unrelated incidents:
Burglary (blue on map), 3:40 a.m., Feb. 3, 5900 block of Frederick Street, A resident reported he heard a loud noise coming from an addition still under construction in the home. Wilfredo Vasquez, 28, of Springfield, was charged with burglary and drunk in public.
Burglary (blue on map), 5 p.m., Feb. 5, 6900 block of Mary Caroline Circle, A resident reported someone entered the home and stole a television. Forced entry was made through a window.

- 6100 block of Castletown Way, cell phone from vehicle
- 4300 block of Gingham Court, GPS from vehicle
- 5800 block of Kingstowne Boulevard, headphones and cell phone from business
- 6700 block of Morning Ride Circle, cell phone from vehicle
- 6500 block of Old Carriage Way, backpack and wallet from vehicle
- 6500 block of Old Carriage Way, jewelry from vehicle
Vehicle Thefts (green on map):
- 5800 block of Langton Drive, 2004 Toyota 4 Runner
