U.S. Open update, Hurricane Irene bill adding up fast

- Actress Daryl Hannah was arrested outside the White House Tuesday for protesting the Key Sands XL tar sands pipeline.
- Hurricane Irene inflicted an estimated $7 - $10 billion in damages, ranking it among what could be the 10 most costly catastrophes in the United States. For some Americans, that damage may not be covered by their insurance because it was caused by flooding which is excluded in many standard policies.
