Oakton and West Springfield held onto the top two spots in the Patch Northern Region Girls Basketball Coaches Poll this week. Behind them, there was plenty of reshuffling, as only Edison held onto its spot at No. 4.
Stone Bridge jumped up to No. 3 from No. 6, Madison plummeted to No. 10 from No. 5, and Westfield, ranked sixth last week, fell out of the rankings.
Despite a loss to No. 2 West Springfield, South County continued its steady ascent in the rankings, moving to No. 7 from No. 9.
