Little Caesars at Rose Hill Plaza to Open Monday
The business is also currently hiring.
Little Caesars at Rose Hill Plaza is set to open Monday, Feb. 18, according to construction workers completing the finishing touches before the grand opening.
The business has "Coming Soon" and "Now Hiring" signs outside the location. Little Caesars joins a few other businesses that recently started leasing space at the plaza, including Boost Mobile — which opened right before Christmas — and Anytime Fitness set to open this spring.

I live close to this shopping center and its disappointing another pizza place is going in. We have Mamma Mia, Volcelli's and now Little Caesars. Three pizza places. Three. Nice way to diversify your tenants leasing company! This center has always struggled with quality stores. The end part near the auto shop has been vacant for at least 10 years and they are now getting a gym (which that location is interesting b/c the parking on that side is tough) I feel we are surrounded by great strip centers with quality tenants and this one has stayed stale or Class C for the past 20 years. What about a coffee/cafe shop (besides McDonalds)? A better grocery store? I vent about this because I do a lot of work in the Retail Marketing area and I see other spots thriving and this one just low class.

I agree Maurisa. I'd love to see an Einstein Brothers or Baskin Robbins. Or maybe a Peruvian rotiserrie chicken place, or a small Thai restaurant or kabob shop. Maybe a bakery? The Rugged Wearhouse and Jackson Hewitt could go and I wouldn't miss them one bit. I'm not a fan of Mamma Mia's or Vocelli, so Little Caesar's is fine by me.

I completely agree with all those great options. It's sad I drive past that center to Kingstowne or Manchester lakes to patron businesses like you mentioned that could easily go into Rosé Hill. A flower shop or a kids activity company/store(like a Little Gym) could be great options as well. Wondering what is wrong with the center that they can't attract those types of tenants. My coffee shop is Grounded Coffee down on Telegraph in another strip. Again why can't we have something in Rosé Hill?

Chains and franchises are the only businesses that are willing to take a loss. It's harder for independents to gets started, let alone get the venture capital. Don't like chains? Get used to empty stripmalls.
