Happy National Margarita Day!
Whether you like your margs with salt on the rim or not, frozen or on the rocks, lime or strawberry, this day is made for you.
Do you like to hop off the Metro from work in Ballston and stop in at Uncle Julio's for a "Julio"? Is a pitcher from Mexicali Blues or El Ranchero more your style? Or what about the artisan margarita creations from Circa?
So on this festive, made-up, holiday, Patch wants to know: What's your favorite margarita? Is it homemade or from a local restaurant?

My favorite classic margarita is the "Julio" from Uncle Julio's. My favorite quick-and-easy, at-home, margarita recipe is the Jose Cuervo mix with the tequila already in it, a splash of club soda and a lime.
What's your go-to spot for margaritas?

My favorite margarita is one made right in my kitchen. 3 parts tequila, 2 parts lime juice, 1 part Triple Sec with a pretty pink sugared rim - MMMM!!

I usually head for Mexcali's margaritas, but at home I like to mix Simple Limemade, with a splash of triple sec and Jose Cuervo Gold (or Silver - whatever I have on hand). Today, some girls and I are having Bethanny's Skinny Girl Margaritas in the office later:)

My favorite is a frothy frozen margarita... 1 can frozen limeade, 1 can tequila, 1 can water, 1 can of beer, add ice and blend... Yummy!!!
