New Buildings Planned for Kingstowne Towne Center

Project is in the permitting phase

Four new buildings are planned for Kingstowne Towne Center, pending approval of their permits.

The Halle Companies, which owns a portion of the Towne Center complex and is also building an office building by Kohl's, has submitted plans for the four buildings (pictured), which would be located behind the retail space that includes Panera Bread and T.J. Maxx.

Kingstowne Patch will provide updates to this story as more information becomes available.

I wonder when the last environmental impact study was conducted? The roads, as is, cannot support the additional traffic into and out of the area.

This saddens me not because I am anti-progress but anti-greed.
