The Virginia Department of Transportation will close portions of the HOV lanes on I-95 this week for construction. Work crews will perform survey work, utility marking, and test borings on the closed lanes.

Every night from Monday to Thursday, the HOV lanes from the District of Columbia border to exit 169 at Franconia Road/Keene Mill Road will be closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.  

On Saturday and Sunday, from 11 p.m. to 10 a.m., the HOV lanes will be closed from Exit 169 at Franconia Road/Keene Mill Road to Exit 152 Dumfries Road.
