I thought that the Artist really did deserve to win because a black and white film with no sound really does require excellent acting. I saw it in a cinema in Fairfax that also showed Separation and Foreign film from Iran. I did not see that film in the movies because my friend did not want to see it, but I hope I can rent it. The acting did also look very good.

After seeing Ali G Indahouse again a few days ago, it is assured I am going to see The Dictator. SBC is one of the few actor/comedians who have the cojones to make things interesting.

I didn't watch the hoopla. Tired of the expensive clothes just to see who can top who in fancy dresses. The movies? I haven't seen one I thought was worth showing in a while. If I miss one or another - I borrow the dvd and watch it when I'm ready without the high cost.
