The Redskins went head-to-head with the Seahawks in an intense, nail-biting NFL playoff game Sunday that left many local fans heartbroken when the Redskins lost to the Seahawks, 24-14.

Ashburn may be considered the heart of Redskins Nation, but Kingstowne residents showed just as much support Sunday for the maroon and gold, led by star quarterback Robert Griffin III (RG3).

Local restaurants, including Macaroni Grill, Uno Chicago Bar & Grill and King Street Blues showed the game Sunday afternoon as the Redskins took on the Seattle Seahawks.
