On the above map, the addresses are block numbers, not specific home or business addresses.
The following items are from recent police updates through Nov. 7 from the Franconia Police District of the Fairfax County Police Department.
Burglary (blue on above map), 5800 block of Governors Hill Drive, 11/1/12, 9:50 a.m. Officers responded for an audible alarm call and found the front door of the home smashed open. A search of the home by a resident confirmed nothing was stolen.

Larcenies: (green on above map):
- 6000 block of Heatherwood Drive - cell phone from residence
- 5700 block of La Vista Drive - cell phone from residence
No vehicle thefts were reported at the time.
