The property at Shops at Telegraph Village where the Capitol Martial Arts Academy was once located is currently still vacant. The Rappaport Companies — the real estate service company for the property — is currently trying to lease the location.

Sheryl Simeck, vice president of marketing and communications for Rappaport said the company doesn't have any new leases to announce at this time. Simeck said she's unable to provide information about when they hope to have the property leased. However, the company is actively marketing the space.
