A Kohl's employee was assaulted in a scuffle with suspected shoplifters last month, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. 

On April 28, a Saturday, around 11:16 a.m., a loss prevention officer at the store noticed a teenage boy trying to steal a pair of shoes. The employee tried to stop the teen.

Instead, the teen and another boy began assaulting the employee. The two suspects then managed to flee the scene.

The suspects are described as white teenagers between 16 and 19 years old.
