Would love to see a Starbucks or other coffee shop ... and also in Landsdowne Center or Hilltop when completed more boutique type stores -- OOAK arts and crafts, clothing (Soria's Closet type store) etc. Not just the same old run of the mill .. find on every corner shops

These spaces are obviously not big enough, but this area needs a large health club, like and LA Fitness or Sport and Health Club. There are no good gyms anywhere in the Kingstowne area!!

The Hill Top Development is slated for a large Health Club...but won't be ready for a year or two.

They keep adding a health club to the development plans but then remove them, first it was Sport and Health, then LA Fitness. Not sure why they can't close a deal?
