11 weeks pre-pay sessions arranged by Lee District . Course # 456-225-1201 with Janet Cliatt, Certified Adult Hula Hooper. Starting on Saturday's 4/14 to 6/23/12 at 10AM. No drop-ins after the 3rd week. No hoop? not a problem!!!! I have one for you already. An adult sized hula hoop slighted weighted will get your body in motion to a better cardiovascular and somatic fitness performance. Strenghtening and toning to improve balance and coordination. Lee District RECenter is an 83,600-square-foot facility managed by the Fairfax County Park Authority and located in Lee District Park off of Telegraph Road. The center contains a pool area, gymnasium and fitness facility, complete with basketball courts, a running track, fitness equipment and more. Sections of the facility are available to rent for parties and other private events, and a half-day preschool is also available.
