DESCRIPTION:At Relay For Life\, teams of people camp out at a local high 
 school\, park\, or fairground and take turns walking or running around a
  track.&nbsp\; Each team has a representative on the track at all times 
 during the event. Throughout the event there are games\,&nbsp\; activiti
 es\, entertainment. Cancer Survivor's celebrate life by taking the openi
 ng lap of the event during the Opening Ceremonies. At Dusk\, there is a 
 special luminaria ceremony in memory of those lost to cancer and in hono
 r of those who have survived. Because cancer never sleeps\, Relays are o
 vernight.&nbsp\; Most of the fundraising is performed by teams during th
 e months leading up to the Relay For Life event. But you can register as
  an individual particpant for the event.&nbsp\;\nThe highlight of the Re
 lay is the Luminaria Ceremony that will take place at 9:00 PM.&nbsp\; Ev
 eryone is welcome to attend.&nbsp\;\nTo register to participate\, make a
