Drive Through Live Nativity
Virginia Hills Baptist Church, 6507 Telegraph Rd, Alexandria, VA | Get Directions »
FREE
Virginia Hills Baptist Church invites you to experience the unforgettable, biblical account of the birth of Christ. “Follow the Star” is presented in six dramatic scenes, featuring live actors in costumes, farm animals including llamas, donkeys and sheep. The scenes are narrated on a CD right from the comfort of your car.
Upon arrival, guests will present themselves to Roman Soldiers for census registration. As you drive through, you’ll see Mary and Joseph making their journey to Bethlehem, shepherds keeping watch in the field, an Angel announcing Christ’s birth and more. The journey ends at the manger itself, where guests see the baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph surrounded by animals, wise men and shepherds.
The Live Nativity is free and donations are welcome. The drive through tour takes approximately 20 minutes.
