Activities such as hula hooping (the act of doing hula hoop) will strengthen your bones and tone your muscles. One hour workout uses over 30 core muscles. Our hoops are bigger, 1 to 1.5lbs hoops are easier to use . They are wrapped in colorful tape used to help keep them on your body. Nearly everyone can hoop, regardless of age, size or sense of rhythm. Hooping will reduce stress, help to keep your heart healthy, improve muscle stiffness, increase muscle strength, increase your range of motion and clear your mind. Burn 400-600 calories, feel sexy, and have fun yet work hard. All exercise plans should be discussed with your physician in order to maximize results and minimize possible harm.

I love Lee District RECenter. I take my kids there 2-3x per week. It's much better than expensive gyms. http://www.myur.com and not over crowded.
