Community Update

Appliance Repair Leaders LLC technician doesn't service my neighborhood, but spent 5 minutes on the phone explaining how to possibly fix it myself. At the end of the call he mentioned to call back if I get stuck. That level of customer service and interest to help is pretty unheard of, so he is worth the 5-star rating despite me not actually being able to use his services.
