"A Christmas Story" turns 30 this year and there are few things from the 1980s that say Christmas like the "fragilé" display of a lamp in the shape of a woman's leg with a frilly lampshade on top.
Over the weekend, nearly 40 vessels lit up the Potomac River for the 14th annual Holiday Boat Parade of Lights in Alexandria. The event’s Best in Show went to Firefly, a 25-foot sailboat with that famous leg lit up.
