Fairfax County Police Investigating Early Morning Bank Robbery

Police search for clues in robbery and the suspects

Fairfax County Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred early Friday morning. According to the police report, two gunmen walked in to the BB&T branch on 7716 Telegraph Road and commanded the bank employees to lie on the ground.

The gunmen seized an undisclosed amount of cash, and moments later, both men fled the scene. No injuries were reported.

The two suspects were wearing gray jackets and masks over their faces, but police did provide additional descriptions of the perpetrator's.  

One suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 150 pounds, and between the age of 20 and 30.  The second suspect is described as a black male also in his 20s to 30s, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall, and 180 pounds.
