Kingstowne was covered in snow Wednesday morning, and it didn't show any signs of stopping. While the heavy, wet precipitation fell faster by the minute, the Wegmans construction location was not only a pile of dirt, it was a pile of dirt covered in snow. A jogger got in a quick run along Kingstowne Village Parkway and the heavy winds animated the Kingstowne pond.
