Fore! TopGolf Making Plans to Add Location in Loudoun County

Loudoun site will likely be larger than Kingstowne, with a restaurant.

TopGolf may be opening a new location in Northern Virginia soon. The entertainment company, which has its only NoVA site in Kingstowne, is branching out.

A 102-bay, three-story driving range is planned for the Peterson Cos.’ Commonwealth Center development in Loudoun County, located south of Route 7, north of Russell Branch Parkway and east of Loudoun County Parkway, according to a report in Washington Business Journal.

The Kingstowne location is at 6625 S. Van Dorn St.

Loudoun County supervisors seem to be all for it, according to the news report.

The Loudoun facility will be larger and feature an ancillary restaurant with a high-end chef, Colleen Gillis Snow, a partner with Cooley LLP, who represented Top Golf before the county, told WBJ. The Kingstowne location features a menu of mainly burger, appetizers, sliders and also serves beer and wine.
