Kingstowne Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Receives Angie's List Award
Positive customer feedback led to the local business being recognized on the popular consumer website.
Kingstowne Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning recently received the 2012 Angie's List Super Service Award for its 24-hour carpet and furniture cleaning services servicing Kingstowne, Alexandria, Arlington and Springfield. Business owner Steve Miller said the award is given to less than 5 percent of Angie's List contractors.
Miller has lived in the Kingstowne area for 16 years and started Kingstowne Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning four years ago, after a career in telecommunications. He said the award is presented mainly based on feedback from customers.
"I'd like to thank customers for their positive feedback because it's all based on their reviews," he said.

According to the Angie's List website, the award is the highest honor given annually to companies that have achieved and maintained a superior service ranking on the website throughout the past year.
For his accomplishments in 2012, Angie's List awarded Miller with a plaque and recognition of his award on the website.
