They have a bunch of concret conduits all piled up over there. I hope they break ground soon. Living in Island Creek, I will now be able to WALK to a grocery store. The closest, Shoppers is 2 miles away... a long walk carrying groceries. I will make my commitment to the environment by pledging to grocery shop with my rolling cart, and walking, rather than driving. How can this be bad for the community?
