LA Fitness Coming to Hilltop Village Center
Peet's Coffee & Tea is also a new addition to the upcoming shopping center.
Fitness club, LA Fitness will open at the soon-to-be Hilltop Village Center. According to Weingarten Realty, the gym will take up 35,000 sq. ft. of the shopping center.
Currently, the closest LA Fitness locations are in Arlington (3550 South Clark St.) and Alexandria (6200 Little River Turnpike).
Peet's Coffee & Tea will also open a new location at Hilltop Village Center. The coffee shop has signed a lease for a 1,962 sq. ft. space.
Hilltop Village Center will include 250,000 sq. ft. of retail development and 100,000 sq. ft. of office space. Wegmans — which will be operated by Weingarten Realty along with the rest of the shopping center — will take up 143,334 sq. ft. of the shopping center.
Other new businesses expected at the new shopping center include Elevation Burger, Metropolitan Fine Arts, Greene Turtle Sports Bar and Grille, Hilltop Dental and Panda Express.
