Local Business Listed as Best Place to Work

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. was named one of the top 25 medium workplaces in America.

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., a management and technology services company based in the Kingstowne area, was named one of the top 25 medium workplaces in America by the Great Place to Work Institute. The annual list published by FORTUNE magazine recognizes companies with exceptional workplace cultures.

“The Best Small and Medium Workplace list grows more competitive every year and this list represents the best of the best,” said Susan Lucas-Conwell, global CEO of Great Place to Work. “While each company is unique, what they have in common are strong cultures that support positive workplaces.”

CALIBRE was selected out of hundreds of companies looking to be included on this year's list. The selection process included an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about their programs and company practices. Great Place to Work also evaluated each application using a methodology based on credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
