: In our area, it can be a challenge to find a good, independently owned restaurant. Chains abound, and while there's certainly nothing wrong with that, it can be nice to sit down to a meal at a mom-and-pop shop. Pho Kim is such a place, with a selection of Vietnamese noodle soups and more. For our readers who have never tried pho, this noodle dish is perfect for these cold, winter months. And for those of you feeling under the weather with a mean cold, a big bowl of spicy noodle soup is just the thing to clear out your head. 

Pho dishes come in a hot broth loaded with onions, chives and other herbs and spices. Dishes are available for meat- and veggie-lovers alike, and the space is suited for families and groups. Portions are big and prices aren't. What more do you need?
