Keep your New Year's resolution to get in shape and lose weight through karate training.  You discover muscles you didn't realize existed as you follow the class.  NO one expects you to do overexert yourself and a triple flip tornado back kick isn't expected until, well, never! 

Join us!  We are in the gym so there is plenty of room even though we keep our classes small in size.

Your current shape, size, strenght, condition, doesn't matter.  We will cooperate  to teach you self-defense in the meantime you will lose weight, reduce stress, get in shape and have FUN, too!
