Kingstowne Recovers From Hurricane Irene

While Kingstowne avoided the worst of the Hurricane Irene, the wind and rain still caused damage in the area. As of 4:30 p.m., 47,000 residents in Northern Virginia were without electricity, according to Dominion Power.
