Rose Hill Roadways: Daytime Telegraph Road Closures
Telegraph Road Ramp has daytime closures this week, work on I-495, I-95 and I-66 is primarily restricted to the night hours.
From now until approximately October 5, westbound Pershing Avenue in the Eisenhower Valley of Alexandria is closed. Motorists will not be able to take Pershing Avenue to Telegraph Road North toward Duke Street. Motorists can take Stovall Street North to right on Mill Road to left on Eisenhower Avenue to the traffic circle to Holland Lane to Duke Street, or take Stovall Street South to left on Eisenhower Avenue to the traffic circle to Holland Lane to Duke Street. Look for detour signs.
TELEGRAPH ROAD RAMP DAYTIME CLOSURES: Monday, August 8 - Thursday, August 11, 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, the ramp from Telegraph Road South to the Outer Loop (I-95/495 North) will be closed. Motorists should take the ramp to Huntington Avenue East to U.S. Route 1 North to the Outer Loop.
The ramp from Telegraph Road North to the Outer Loop (I-95/495 North) will be closed as well. Motorists should continue to Duke Street East to U.S. Route 1 South to the on-ramp to the Outer Loop.

I-66 east HOV (left exit) to I-495 south - Ramps closed all week during the night for paving.
I-66 east general purpose (right exit) to I-495 south - Ramp closed all week during the night for paving.
I-495 south to Exit 52B, Little River Tpk. (Route 236) east - Ramp closed all week during the night for paving. DETOUR
Little River Tpk. (Route 236) west to I-495 south - Ramp closed all week during the night for paving. DETOUR
Little River Tpk. (Route 236) west at I-495 - Single lane closed all week during the night for paving.
I-495 south to Exit 54B, Braddock Rd. (Route 620) east - Ramp closed all week during the night for paving. Traffic will be directed to take Exit 54A, Braddock Rd. (Route 620) west and make a left at the signal onto Braddock Rd. (Route 620) west.
Braddock Rd. (Route 620) east to I-495 north - Ramp closed all week during the night for paving. Traffic will be directed to continue east, make a left onto Backlick Rd. north, left onto Little River Tpk. (Route 236) west and follow signs to I-495 north.
Braddock Rd. (Route 620) east and west at Port Royal Rd. - Two lanes closed for the week during the night for ground work.
I-495 north/west (Inner Loop) at I-395 - Road closed all week during the night for bridge deck work. Traffic will be directed to take Exit 170, I-395 north to Exit 2, Edsall Rd. west, stay to the right, follow signs to I-395 south and then signs to I-495 Inner Loop.
I-495 north/west (Inner Loop) to Exit 169 B/A, Franconia/Springfield (Route 644) - Ramp closed during the night Aug 7- Aug 25 for bridge work. DETOUR
I-495 north/west (Inner Loop) to Exit 170, I-395 - Ramp closed all week during the night for bridge work. Traffic will be directed to continue on the Inner Loop to Exit 45A, Braddock Rd. (Route 620) west, stay to the left, follow signs to I-495 south and then signs to I-395. Motorist should follow detour signs to I-95 south and back to access I-395.
