Texas Rangers Lead World Series

Connaughton and the Commonwealth Transportation Board will host a meeting at VDOT’s Northern Virginia Office, 4975 Alliance Drive, Fairfax, VA 22030, beginning at 6 p.m., for the public to provide input on the development of the Six-Year Improvement Program for fiscal years 2013-2018. 
3. The Rose Hill Civic Association meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at Rose Hill Elementary School in the library. 
4. On this day in 2002, actor Richard Harris, who starred in Camelot and Harry Potter died. 
5. With the Rangers' win last night, the World Series is tied at two games each. The next game is Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 8:05 p.m.
