Major Daytime Telegraph Road and Ramp Closures

Monday, Sept. 19 through Thursday, Sept. 22 daily
from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.:

• The ramp from Telegraph Road South to the Outer Loop (I-95/495 North) will be closed.  
  Detour: Motorists should take the ramp to Huntington Avenue East to U.S. Route 1 North to the Outer Loop.
• The ramp from Telegraph Road North to the Outer Loop (I-95/495 North) will be closed.  
  Detour: Motorists should continue to Duke Street East to U.S. Route 1 South to the on-ramp to the Outer Loop.

Major Night Closures of Telegraph Road and Ramp:

Friday, Sept. 23 through Monday, Sept. 26

• Telegraph Road North will be completely closed at the Capital Beltway. 
  Detour: To access Duke Street, motorists should take the ramp to Eisenhower Avenue to right on Eisenhower Avenue to the traffic circle to Holland Lane to Duke Street.
• The ramp from Telegraph Road North to the Capital Beltway Outer Loop (I-95/495 North) will be closed.  
  Detour: Motorists should take the ramp to Eisenhower Avenue East to Holland Avenue North to Duke Street East to U.S. Route 1 South to the Outer Loop.
• The ramp from Telegraph Road North to the Inner Loop (I-95/495 South) will be closed.
  Detour: Motorists should take the ramp to Eisenhower Avenue West to the Eisenhower Connector South to the I-95 South ramp.

Major Night Closures of Capital Beltway

Friday, Sept. 23 through Monday, Sept. 26 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

•  The ramp from the Capital Beltway Inner Loop (I-95/495 South) to Telegraph Road North will be closed.   
  Detour: To access Duke Street, motorists should take the Pershing Avenue exit from the Inner Loop to right on Stovall Street to left on Eisenhower Avenue to the traffic circle to Holland Lane to Duke Street.
• The ramp from the Capital Beltway Outer Loop (I-95/495 North) to Telegraph Road North will be closed.
  Detour: Motorists should take the Eisenhower Avenue ramp to right on Eisenhower Avenue to the traffic circle to Holland Lane to Duke Street.

Friday, Sept. 23 through Monday, Sept. 26 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:

• The right lane of the Capital Beltway Outer Loop (I-95/495 North) will be closed continuously between Eisenhower Avenue and Telegraph Road for roadway construction.  The middle lane will also close NIGHTLY from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next morning during this timeframe.

• I-495 south/west (Inner Loop) to from Exit 173, Van Dorn St. to I-395 - Four lanes closed Sun. through Sat. nights
• I-95 south from Exit 167, Backlick Rd. to Exit 166B, Fairfax County Pkwy. (Route 7100) - Right lane closed noon to 2 p.m. Mon., Sep. 19 – Thu., Sep. 22, and Fri., Sep. 23 from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• I-95 south between Accotink Creek to Exit 160, Gordon Blvd. (Route 123) - Right lane closed Mon., Sep. 19 – Thu., Sep. 22
