SPEAK OUT: When Do You Take Down Your Holiday Lights?
Now that the holidays are over, some Kingstowne-area residents still haven't taken down their decorations. When is the best time to move on with the new year?
Santa has come and gone in the Kingstowne area, but riding around Saturday, Patch couldn't really tell the difference. Many residents still have holiday decorations on their front lawns and their homes are still extravagantly lit at night.
Now, once the holidays are over and the celebrations end, taking down decorations just seems like a task no one wants to complete. We're halfway through January and some people still haven't gotten around to this dreadful chore (or maybe it's intentional).
