Welcome to Kingstowne-Rose Hill Patch

Rose Hill Patch and Kingstowne Patch are merging.

Greetings from Patch!

Whether you're a regular reader of Rose Hill or Kingstowne Patch, you may have noticed a change to both sites. Patch merged the sites together, creating Kingstowne-Rose Hill Patch.

Kingstowne and Rose Hill have more in common than just proximity. They share some of the same issues and institutions — traffic at the Franconia-Van Dorn intersection, Edison High School, a police district and more. I'm confident that this merger will mean even better coverage for residents of both communities.

I'll stay on as the editor for the new, bigger site, and I'm looking forward to getting to know the residents of Rose Hill. If you'd like to get in touch with me, please send me an email at will@patch.com or just tweet at me @kingstownepatch. Rose Hill Patch Editor Will Callahan is now covering the Fairfax County beat for Patch, so you'll see his byline here quite a bit. His email address is william.callahan@patch.com.

The new site's URL will stillbe be kingstowne.patch.com, while rosehill.patch.com will  redirect here.
