The Bistro 1093 at Edison High School, the Edison Academy Culinary Arts program’s dining facility, will reopen in its newly renovated space in room H128 in the Edison Academy on Thursday, January 10, at 11:45 a.m.
The Bistro is open for lunch every Thursday as Culinary Arts students, under the direction of Chef Glenn Walden, prepare and serve a three-course meal with beverage as part of their training.
The public is invited to make reservations to dine at Bistro 1093. We ask that patrons make a donation (minimum $8) to cover the cost of their meal. For a dine-in reservation contact kgaleano@fcps.edu. Take-out service is also available for pre-order by emailing gmwalden@fcps.edu.
