Hunger Happens Multi-Communty Food Drive

Hunger happens -- every minute of every day -- somewhere. Even right here, close to home. People are not just hungry over the holidays. For many it is a daily concern they face. We are pleased to join the FFCo PD/Franconia -- this Saturday for a special Hunger Happens Fill the Wagon Food Drive -- 10 am to Noon -- 8000 Morning View Lane. Items will be given by the police to area food banks. Please help us help those in need. Bring non-perishable food items, cleaning supplies, toiletries, the things we all need year around. Canned Veggies and Fruit, soup -- let your imagination and stomach be your guide. Food for the local pet food pantry is also being accepted. Whether you live in Landsdowne, along the Beulah Corridor or anywhere in NoVa please help us fill the wagon. This is a multi-community event.    Everyone is welcome. 

8000 Morning View Lane, Alexandria 22315 -- Rain or Shine. All those who participate will be invited to attend a BBQ in the next few weeks. We hope you will stop by -- Hunger Happens

And, as an added bonus -- have you ever wanted to see the inside of a police cruiser -- without having to be there. Now is your chance. A cruiser will also be on hand to view up close and personal.
