Course: 5K begins and ends at the crosswalk in front of Island Creek Elementary School and goes through surrounding neighborhoods. Police support and safety marshals will be stationed along the course. There will be one water station at the halfway point.
Without exception, no headsets, iPods, inline skates, strollers, jogging strollers, bicycles, or pets are allowed on the course during the race.Time limit: The Fairfax County Police request that all participants must be able to complete the 5K course within one hour.
T-Shirt: Registrations received by April 11th are guaranteed a t-shirt. The t-shirts come in the following sizes: Youth Small,Youth Medium, Youth Large,Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large and Adult XL.
