KROC Residential Hearing about Window Replacement

The Kingstowne Residential Owners Corporation (KROC) Board of Trustees working with the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) identified the need for an amendment to the guideline relating to window replacement. As the community has aged, the most frequently requested modifications submitted to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) have changed from the addition of a structure like a deck or patio to replacement of an aging component of the home. The ARC receives many applications for replacement windows each month and it has become apparent to the committee that additional guidance is required. Homeowners wishing to comment on the proposed revision are encouraged to attend a public hearing at 6:30 P.M, February 16, in the Thompson Center Board Room, 6090 Kingstowne Village Parkway. Comments may also be submitted to kingstowne@kingstowne.org.
