Giving Tuesday: Fairfax County Organization Needs Your Help
Let Kingstowne residents know how your organization is helping our neighbors, like this Fairfax County volunteer organization did, by posting on Patch boards.
This year, Dec. 3 has been designated as Giving Tuesday, and a Fairfax County organization hopes you will give the gift of hope to families right here who are struggling.
Everyday, Kingstowne residents, business owners and volunteers use Patch to reach their neighbors with news, events, announcements and fundraisers. Post directly to the site by visiting the Patch boards and clicking on "What do you want to say?"
From the organization's Patch board post: "How will YOU celebrate #GivingTuesday? Our Daily Bread has 3,500 Fairfax County area families on our holiday assistance list, and 2,000 still need help!"
