Community Update

This is a great school to learn Traditional Okinawan Karate. The head instructor and students have created an environment that is friendly and welcoming. Students are encouraged to help other students learn and grow through cooperation and friendship. There is a good mix of kata, partner drills, and bunkai or the fighting application of kata. Plus there is always the benefit of exercising and staying flexible.
