UPDATED: Traffic Moving After Truck is Cleared from I-95
The tractor trailer blocking lanes on 95 has been removed by a tow truck.
UPDATE (Aug. 3, 9:32 a.m.) The tractor trailer involved in the accident that closed all but one lane on Northbound I-95 has been removed.
The accident appears to have involved a blue sedan as well, but both vehicles have been transported off of the highway, and traffic should begin moving shortly.

A crash has closed lanes on Northbbound Interstate 95 between Van Dorn Street and Telegraph Road.
Traffic is severely backed up but the center lane is said to be moving, and the congestion ends after the Telegraph Road exit.
