Officer involved in fatal shooting cleared of criminal wrongdoing

Officer Involved in Shooting of Armed Suspect Cleared for Duty

Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Ray Morrogh has informed Colonel Dave Rohrer, Chief of the Fairfax County Police Department, that he finds “no basis for criminal liability on the part of the police officer who discharged his weapon in this case.”

Robbery

A man robbed the employees of the Robeks store, located at 5824 Kingstowne Center around 8:48 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24. .
