Police officers in an unmarked car parked in front of a townhouse to watch the area. As a canine unit worked from the gas station to the townhouse, someone sprinted away from the townhouse the officers had parked in front of. Noticing the suspicious behavior in front of the townhouse, officers became interested in the townhouse, where they eventually arrested the suspects.

"That part is just luck," said Officer Richard Henry, describing how the officers parked in front of the townhouse that led them to the suspects.
