Police: Intruder Fled When He Realized Resident Was Home

The latest daily activity report provided by the Fairfax County Police Department on Oct 16. Mentioned arrests do not indicate convictions.

The following are incidents reported in the Franconia District according to the Fairfax County Police's daily activity report, released Wednesday.

Police responded to a report of an unlawful entry around 3:50 a.m. Oct. 12 in the 6000 block of Craft Road.
A resident reported that an unknown man entered the home. When the suspect saw someone was home at the time, he left immediately. No one was injured during the incident and nothing was taking from the residence.
