Police: Laptop, Cell Phone Stolen in Franconia District

The following are incidents reported in the Franconia District according to the Fairfax County Police's daily activity report, released Thursday.
Larcenies (red on map):
- 7000 block of Brookfield Plaza, laptop computer from business
- 6500 block of Franconia Road, cell phone from school
