Police Report: 13-Year-Old Charged with Credit Card Fraud

Three vehicles also stolen in the area.

Every week, the Franconia District Police Station releases a report of the major incidents that occur in the district, which includes the greater Rose Hill area, from the previous week. Here are the incidents that occurred from July 21 to July 27.

Police arrested a 13-year-old boy for burglarizing a home in the 6500 block of Old Carriage Drive between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27. The suspect was charged with burglary, credit card forgery, credit card theft, receiving stolen property and destruction of property and released to his parents.

Vehicle Thefts

A 2007 Yamaha R6 was reported stolen from the 6300 block of Beryl Road.

A 2000 Dodge Caravan was reported stolen from the 5600 block of Bloomfield Avenue. 

A Nissan Sentra was reported stolen from the 6000 block of Mayfair Lane.

Larcenies

Gas was stolen from a business on the 5500 block of Franconia Road. 

Bags were stolen from a vehicle on the 5900 block of Kingstowne Village Parkway.
