Police Report: Springfield CVS Robbery Suspect Arrested
The police still seek a suspect in the Labor Day vehicle vandalism.
Every week, the Franconia District Police Station releases a report of the major incidents that occur in the district, which includes the greater Rose Hill area, from the previous week. Here are the incidents that occurred from September 8 to September 14.
Keep in mind that these are reported incidents. A crime did not necessarily occur.
Vehicle Tampering

Police are searching for a suspect or suspects who shot 54 vehicles with a BB or pellet gun over Labor Day weekend in Franconia. The damage to the vehicles is estimated at $15,000 total.
Robbery/Arrest

Police arrested a man for robbing an employee, a 38-year-old woman, working at the CVS pharmacy located at 6436 Springfield Plaza, around 10 p.m. on Friday, September 9. Michael C. Johns, 30, of 4327 Alta Vista Drive in Fairfax, was apprehended nearby and charged with robbery.
Larcenies
A wallet was stolen from a business on the 4900 block of Upland Drive.
Tools were stolen from a vehicle on the 5800 block of Wessex Lane.
