Red Hot & Blue Robbed Saturday Night

Two men reportedly robbed the restaurant after closing time, police say.

Fairfax County police are investigating a report of an armed robbery that occurred around 11 p.m. at Red Hot & Blue located at the Landsdowne Centre in Kingstowne, according to a recent FCPD news release.

Two males reportedly approached a 33-year-old female employee in the back office of the restaurant shortly after closing. The suspects displayed a handgun and demanded money. The employee then handed over an undisclosed amount of cash and was not injured during the incident. According to the report, the suspects fled on foot through the kitchen area.

Both suspects were described as black, in their 20s, wearing dark clothing, with most of their faces covered.
